Why should I remove dog waste from my yard regularly?
Dog waste can be harmful to you and your family as well as your lawn. Contrary to belief, dog waste should NEVER be used to fertilize your gardens or lawn. Dog waste contains many pathogens that pollute your lawn and contaminate our waterways. (See Dog waste facts for additional information.) Dog waste also attracts and feeds rats, flies and other disease-carrying pests.
What should I do if I would like to start service with PooBusters, LLC?
Simply call or email us. For additional questions regarding our service, feel free to contact us at info@poobustersllc.com.
Will I have to sign a contract with PooBusters, LLC for residential service?
Absolutely not! You may cancel at anytime. As a courtesy to our technicians we ask that you provide a 24-hour notice when canceling/suspending your service. You may call us or email us at info@poobustersllc.com.
What do you mean by “satisfaction guaranteed”?
At PooBusters, LLC we recognize the significance and impact of customer service. Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction and we guarantee just that! If you are not completely satisfied with our work please contact us immediately and we will reclean your yard within 24 hours (weather permitting).
Please note: Our technicians will double check your lawn, making every effort to poo bust each pile your dog(s) has left behind for us; however, tall or leaf-covered grass may hinder our technicians’ ability to locate and remove all pet waste from your lawn.
What should I do if I need to skip a week of service?
If your dog(s) will be on vacation, please contact us 24 hours in advance to suspend your service for the week. We can be reached by phone or by email at info@poobustersllc.com.
Do I need to restrain my dog on my service day?
No, not necessarily. We truly enjoy interacting with dogs; however, we ask that if you know your dog is territorial and may not allow our technicians to enter your yard, that you restrain or keep your dog(s) inside on your service day.
What steps do you take in order to prevent cross contamination between lawns?
Our technicians sanitize their equipment and shoes after each cleaning. We do not want to cross contaminate your yard or our vehicles!
Will you provide service in inclement weather?
We will do our best to provide service on your scheduled day of service. For the safety of our technicians and to ensure we provide you with our best service, we will reschedule during thunderstorms, tornados, hurricanes, torrential downpours, hail or an accumulation of 2+ inches of snow.
We will contact you in order to reschedule your appointment. We will try our best to come out the same day or the following day, weather permitting. If we are unable to reschedule due to extreme weather we will arrive the following week on your scheduled service day.
What methods of payment do you accept?
In order to help conserve our environment, we will conveniently e-mail your invoice to you monthly. We currently accept cash and check payments. For your added convenience, we will be accepting payments via Pay Pal in the near future. In the unlikely event that a check is returned a $35 fee will be assessed.
